Shipping

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, both domestic and international markets are severely impacted in terms of productions (supply chain), significant increase in material and shipping costs, we’re inevitably affected in Malaysia too.

We currently do not accept any pre-order.

As for local orders (within Peninsular Malaysia), we consign our courier partner – GD Express in door delivery; or it would be other alternatives for order fulfilment based on the most convenience to our customers.

Please note that:

• • • • Large bulky packages are mostly handled by GD Express;
      • Shipping to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan are subject to individual request;
      • GD Express is our standard shipping method; third party courier service request shall not be eligible.

Shipping/Transit time: estimated 2 to 5 business days (except for festive seasons).

Processing time: 1 business day (no operation on Sunday and public holiday)

If your order is multiple items or units, you would expect multi packages.  All orders are trackable.
