We ship in 24-hour (working day) after payment is received with our partner courier or forwarder companies subject to the destination. Once the order is processed and handled by the partner courier company, we shall notify our customers of the status and tracking information. For any locations that not listed in our shipping areas, kindly write us email at firstname.lastname@example.org for us to finalize the shipping fee for you.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Once items are sold, the products are NOT refundable, returnable or exchangeable. If the products are found with defect or damaged upon receipt from the forwarder or courier service providers, please immediately capture photos of the damages as proof, and report to the despatch personnel and write us within 24 hours upon receipt. We will liaise with buyer on the replacement of the damaged items or component(s) only. Starfield Instruments Supply shall not be responsible for any lost during the return transit to us for the damaged part(s) or component(s) and shall not liable for any charges of return.
NO REFUND is allowed after payment is remitted. Therefore, please double check the product models, dimension and quantity before checkout. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund nor replaced.
